Private, luxurious, and very comfortable, our VIP Suites are on the sand, only footsteps away from the Caribbean Sea and our swimming pool. Each of our two VIP Suites has a private balcony outfitted with comfortable chairs and a hammock for you to relax and enjoy the warm tropical breezes and the breathtaking views of the glistening waters of the Caribbean Sea as the sun rises above the horizon just behind the Belize Barrier Reef.
A custom-made king-size bamboo bed adorned with a beautiful net canopy and luxurious bedding takes the center of this suite. Featuring a dressing area, reach-in closet, sitting area with comfortable loveseats, and a desk for your convenience. From its massive handcrafted thatched ceiling, to its exotic hardwood floors, this room is absolutely stunning.
These units are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the porch.
Note: Our traditional-Belizean thatched roof accommodations include air conditioning. Please be mindful that they keep our natural-thatched rooms with tropical hardwood floors cool, but not ice-cold, as in concrete rooms. Portofino in Belize offers you a barefoot experience on the beach.
