PRICES

All our prices are based on Double Occupancy and include Continental Breakfast, San Pedro airstrip Meet and Greet Service, Transfer to Resort, and Welcome Tropical Cocktail. Free usage of Free usage of DVD library and Water Sports available on site. We have a meal plan available, which does not include lunch, as many of our guests take day trips, and the prices would not be cost effective for our guests. * During the Holiday Season we prefer to rent the Mansion as a whole, therefore we can only release separate levels 90 days prior to arrival.

Prices: All prices are quoted per night, per room and are in US Dollars.

All room prices are based on Double Occupancy and are subject to to a Minimum Stay of 3 Nights.
The Mansion prices are based on Quadruple Occupancy per floor.

All prices include Continental Breakfast, San Pedro airstrip Meet and Greet Service, Transfer to Resort, and Welcome Tropical Cocktail.

All prices include Free usage of Water Sports Equipment available on site.

All prices do not include 9% Hotel Tax and 10% Service Charge.

Grand Meal Plan (GMP): Includes daily All-Inclusive Breakfast and daily 3-Course Dinner a la Carte or Specials.

Grand Meal Plan is calculated on an additional $70 per person per night.

Grand Meal Plan DOES Include 10% General Sales Tax, but does not include 10% Service Charge.

Grand Meal Plan is only available for the entire stay; there are no refunds for meals not taken.

Although we do serve lobster out of season (February 14th through June 15th), we cannot include it in the Grand Meal Plan; there will be a surcharge.

Group rates are available (not in peak season), upon request, and a group consists of 6 persons or more.

When you would want pricing for special events such as Honeymoons and Weddings mail to our Reservations Manager other special requests such as legal matters, decorations, bouquets, massages, manicure, pedicure, etcetera.

OPERATIONAL POLICY

BOOKING:
A 50% deposit is required for a confirmed reservation.
Full payment is expected 30 days (60 days in peak season) prior to the guest's arrival.
Rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notice until the deposit has been received and reservations are confirmed.

CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation 60 days (90 days in peak season) or more prior to arrival will be accepted and a full refund of all deposits will be made.
Any cancellation within 60 days and 30 days (90 days and 60 days in peak season) prior to arrival will result in forfeit of deposit.
Any cancellation within 30 days (60 days in peak season) of the guest arrival, will be subject to no refund whatsoever.

PAYMENT:
We accept VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS and MASTERCARD.
We accept company and personal cheques into our bank account, but the amount of the cheque must be fully cleared through our account before reservation is confirmed and/or before the start of the 30-day period.
On all cancellations on amount paid by credit card, we reserve the right to withhold 5% of the amount to cover credit card charges.

CHANGES:
Should a guest wish to cancel a reservation and transfer the booking to another date, we will make every effort to do this without incurring a cancellation charge, but this will be subject to availability and season.
